IT is vital to recognize the work of every volunteer.

Vodafone Fiji Limited acting chief marketing officer Shailendra Prasad said this during the International Volunteer Day celebrations yesterday at their  Vodafone headquarters at Tamavua.

Mr Prasad said they value the work of their volunteers.

“We recognize and value the work they do everyday. To the millions of volunteers I thank you all for your work.”

As part of the celebrations the Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation  invited volunteers to tell their stories of volunteer investment of time and effort within the communities of Fiji.
