Where anything is possible

The Rhum-Ba, located in the Denarau Yacht Club building, is just a short stroll along the waterfront away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby Port Denarau retail centre. More than a bar and restaurant, it features a purpose built event space.

It is new, fresh and unquestionably more upmarket than the surrounding venues in the area.

The Rhum-Ba has over 100 different rums available from around the world, the largest selection of ice cold draft beers in Fiji, and even white wine and refreshing apple cider on tap.

Renowned for excellent cuisine and over-water dining, it is the ideal place to enjoy an afternoon or evening with friends and family. A popular house specialty is the The Rhum-Ba seafood platter- with local green lobster, Savusavu bugs, oysters, prawns, fresh fish, kokoda and more. The menu also features creative vegetarian options, or steaks that are aged and cooked to perfection.

The two-storey building has the main public bar and restaurant downstairs and a 285 square metre open space upstairs.

The private function area is well suited for events and parties up to 350 people or seated diners from 20 to 200 people.

It is a unique indoor-outdoor space with the best views and atmosphere available, and offers top quality food, beverages and service at competitive rates.

The function room is also available for board meetings or workshops with lunch and dinner packages available.

In 2015 the Rhum-Ba hosted two charity events with the Fiji Chefs Association, which raised over $50,000 of relief funds for rehabilitation after Cyclone Pam in Vanuatu and several other Fiji based charities.

This year there are many great events planned at the Rhum-Ba including the finale of the ANZ Auckland to Denarau Yacht race in June, and an amazing Bollinger- James Bond party in July.

The Rhum-Ba can host and organise corporate cocktail functions, pre-wedding parties, ceremonies, receptions, or any event, and can tailor your package to suite your needs. Menus, decorations, theme and service style are limited only by imagination and budget; and of course the law. Have a band, DJ or plug your own IPod into their sound system and dance the night away. The Rhum-Ba can stay open so that you can stay up late.
