- A weak trough of low pressure lies slow moving over Fiji and is expected to linger around the group till the end of the week. The associated cloud and showers affect the eastern and northern parts of the country. Meanwhile, a southeast wind flow prevails over the group.
- Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group: Cloudy periods with some showers over the eastern parts of Viti Levu (Navua-Lami-Suva-Nausori-Tailevu area), Cakaudrove and southern Bua.
- Elsewhere, fine apart from afternoon or evening showers.
- Isolated afternoon thunderstorms with heavy falls expected.
- Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas.
- Moderate southeast winds. Moderate seas.
