Stanley Zinck and his two brothers went out fishing on Sunday hoping to catch enough for the family to eat as they were both jobless because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their “catch of the day” turned out to be a huge marlin that almost dwarfed their fishing punt.
“We all worked at the wharf and this is what we do for a living now,” Mr Zinck said.
Mr Zinck said they were excited about the catch as it meant they could earn some cash.
“We normally fish around this area and this is the first time we have actually caught something big like this.”
