It is alleged that on July 18, 2015, in Suva, by use of threats or force, he had caused the then-15-year-old complainant to enter into or remain in sexual servitude, with intent to cause that sexual servitude and shall be employed or used for the purpose of prostitution.

He also told the Court the now 19-year-old complainant had told him that she had a few misunderstandings with her mother but did not share her family problems with him.
