WOMEN play a pivotal role in the hotel industry.
Warwick Fiji Resort General Manager Marco Saxer said this as women, staff members and guests at the resort celebrated International Women’s Day today.
“This year we tried to come up with a nice program to invite the ladies who are our staff and also we invited our guests to be part of this auspicious occasion,” he said.
Mr Saxer said majority of the women have leadership roles in the resort.
Meanwhile, these women were also taught on how to make lovo and kokoda an iTaukei delicacy.
