SODELPA 2018 general election candidate, Lynda Tabuya says a voice for employees is needed in parliament.

She said the workers are an important aspect of the industry and they need to be heard and attended to.

“I represent the workers of this country. I have always been in that space from 2014 and a lot of my life, fighting for workers. I believe the workers in this country need a voice in parliament,” she said.

According to Ms Tabuya, she will continue to fight for the rights of the workers the way she has been so far.

“My fight, as witnessed in the ATS lockout in December (2017) and also the march we had in February and the victory resulted in court is for the workers.” She added.

The 2018 General Election will be held on the 14th of next month.
