THE Vodafone Senior League playoffs this year will have four teams this year, one more than the previous years.

Fiji FA CEO Mohammed Yusuf has confirmed this.

Yusuf said that due to the increase in the number of teams in the Vanua Levu this year, two teams will represent the north while two teams will qualify from the Viti Levu Zone.

In previous years, one team from the north and two from the south used to compete in the final playoffs.

The winner of the playoffs will gain an automatic qualification the Premier division next year.
