FIJI Fashion Week (FJFW) today announced Vodafone Fiji Ltd as its exclusive naming rights sponsor, with a three-year deal from May 2019 to May 2021.

Managing director for FJFW Ellen Whippy-Knight, said with the event in its 12th year, this was one of its best moments.

“Having Vodafone Fiji on board as our major sponsor will do wonders and open doors for our fashion designers and the industry in general,” Ms Whippy-Knight said.

Vodafone’s chief marketing officer Rajnesh Prasad said they were excited to part of an extravagant event that they resonated with in terms of promoting astounding local talents and stepping forward on to the international fashion ramp.

“Our passion to promote and encourage Fijians to achieve greater heights is clearly reflected in our sponsorship. This collaboration will see more connection with aspiring designers to further their dreams into reality as a business and potential pathway to a career in the creative industry,” Mr Prasad said.
