GOOD leadership and teamwork is crucial for the success of every team.
This is the message from Naca Cawanibuka , the head of strength and conditioning at the Fiji Rugby Union’s High Performance Unit.
He was speaking at the Institute of Valuation and Estate Management of Fiji conference at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa this morning.
He said it was important for members of the valuation industry to understand the market, the people and what made them tick.
“Sports is tough and I know your world is tough too,” he said.
“For us, everyone in our team is a leader.”
Valuation industry experts from around the country are in Nadi for the two-day day conference, which ends this afternoon.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Connecting the Property Industry – Debate, Diversity & Delivery”.
