The civil matter filed against Fiji Rugby Union interim administrator Simione Valenitabua and his wife Unaisi has been amicably resolved.
The matter was called in the Magistrate’s Court in Suva.
It was filed by the Valenitabua’s former landlord Sophie Foster, who claimed she was owed $20,000 in arrears for unpaid rent from November 2018 to May 2020.
The matter was discontinued as the parties came to an amicable resolution out of court.
