Two thirds of Fijians fight against legal problems

SIXTY-SEVEN per cent of Fijians who encounter a legal problem take action to resolve it.

This was highlighted in the executive summary of report on ‘Justice Needs and Satisfaction in Fiji.’

The report stated that the said percentage means that every year around 67,000 users of justice actively pursue dispute resolution while 33,000 however, do not undertake steps to solve their problems.
