Two fishermen missing in Bua waters

TWO men are missing in Bua waters after they failed to return home from their fishing trip.

Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro said the duo had left at 9am yesterday on a 15 horsepower fibreglass boat.

She said a search was conducted with the assistance of the villagers from Vuya.

Today, Ms Naisoro said a search was conducted by Police officers based at Nabouwalu.

People are being asked to be mindful of the current weather situation and take all the necessary precautions.
