TV shows launched

FIJI Television Ltd launched two of its new iTaukei shows yesterday.

The Na Domomuni (your voice) is a live show focusing on issues of national interest.

According to the company, the show will also encompass open and frank dialogue and debate between seasoned radio host Sitiveni Raturala and invited studio guests.

Topics will range from pressing social, economic, religious as well as political issues of the day.

As a live talkback show, the company says it will also directly engage audience/viewer feedback by taking live questions to both the host and studio guest.

The show airs live for up to an hour twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 1pm.

The show premiered on September 5.

In addition to that, Fiji TV will also premier another compelling iTaukei field documentary drama series with host Manoa Rasigatale called Mai Muri Mai.

The first season of the show starts from the north in Vanua Levu where Rasigatale ventures out into some rarely seen local myth and folklore-related events, bringing to life age-old customs or traditions still practised today.

Mai Muri Mai premieres on September 15, 2016 at 8.15pm.
