THREE men charged with aggravated burglary and theft had their case transferred to High Court judge Justice Chamath Morais where they would again take their plea.
Aliki Waliqi and Anare Tomu, both 21 years old, had earlier pleaded guilty to the charges while 20-year-old Jeke Maikali had pleaded not guilty.
It is alleged the three entered into an apartment and stole two bicycles to the total value of $750 in Navua on June 9, 2018.
Judge Justice Daniel Goundar has extended their bail and the matter will be called again tomorrow.
