The fate of suspended Chief Justice Kamal Kumar, Police Commissioner Brigadier-General Sitiveni Qiliho and Fiji Corrections Service Commissioner Commander Francis Kean should be known in less than three months.

Attorney-General Siromi Turaga said the Constitutional Offices Commission (COC) was preparing to meet at the end of this month to establish a tribunal to hear complaints against the trio.

He said recommendations made by the tribunal — comprising three judges — would be brought before the COC before they were taken to President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere.
