THE trial against a man who allegedly raped an under-aged boy is set to begin at the High Court in Suva today, January 22, 2019.
The man is charged with three counts of rape, one count of assault with intent to commit rape and one count of unnatural offence.
His counsel, Lisiate Qetaki had sought time from the court to consult his client about his plea.
The trial will commence before Justice Riyaz Hamza at 10am.
