Local properties that offer exceptional and exclusive Fijian experience to their guests have recently been recognised in the Expedia Group Top Traveller Experience Fiji 2023 Awards.
The exclusive Likuliku Lagoon Resort won the Top Traveller Experience 2023 for Mamanuca Islands and Yasawa Islands while the picturesque Raddison Blu Resort won the award for Denarau Island and came out on top among other nominees – the Terraces Apartment Resort Fiji and the Palms Denarau.
The Fiji Gateway Hotel located adjacent the Nadi International Airport scooped the top award for properties located along the Nadi, Lautoka and Wailoaloa against two other nominees First Landing Beach Resort and Villas and Novotel Nadi while Nanuku Resort scooped the Top Traveller Experience 2023 for Coral Coast and Pacific Harbour properties.
Nausori’s Toberua Island Resort came out winner against top giants Grand Pacific Hotel and Suva’s Capricorn Hotel for properties located mainly in the Central Division while Taveuni Island Resort was winner for the Northern Division, Sun Coast and Outer Islands.
According to Expedia, the top traveller experience award is presented to properties that offer exceptional traveller experiences and are the top in their region.
The large range of guest experience factors include – check in, amenities, staff and service, property conditions and facilities preventable relocations and more.
