The Ministry of Health yesterday announced three new border quarantine cases of COVID-19.
In a statement, the ministry said the first two border quarantine cases were women – a 69-year-old and a 39-year-old – who both travelled to Fiji from California, US on March 1.
The duo have been transferred to the isolation ward at the Lautoka Hospital.
The third border quarantine case is a 44-year-old man who arrived in Fiji on a yacht on March 6 from Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
He was also taken to the isolation ward at the Lautoka Hospital.
