A 19-YEAR-old teenager charged with a count each of being found in possession of illicit drugs and resisting arrest appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.
It is alleged that Moape Baleilekutu without lawful authority had in his possession 1.2 grams of marijuana on January 12, 2019, in Nabua.
Magistrate Deepika Prakash has granted him bail in the sum of $1000 with one surety who has signed a surety bond of the same amount.
The case has been adjourned to January 31 for a plea.
