Tebbutt Times poll

It’s amazing how three Opposition parties have questioned the results of the Tebbut-Times poll conducted earlier this month (FT 26/2).
Public opinion polls are supposed to be the means of estimating opinion on various matters including leadership and forecasting election results.
As the editor-in-chief of The Fiji Times Fred Wesley said: “It is clear the PM is very popular.”
The opposition definitely don’t agree with the poll outcome for their own reasons, but they should work hard to turn the table.
They can’t pick and choose to suit their own purpose as electorates have selected opinion through the poll. This study of electoral choice is important for the public despite the issues raised.
