FOUR teams have secured their spots in the General Machinery-Sponsored Lautoka Bowling business house play-offs.
The other four spots will be determined in the final pool games to be held on Thursday.
Top title contender 1wood team has cemented its spot after a hard fought win over Fort 14 in the pool decider last week.
Laced with big names such as former Fiji junior bowling rep Lema Matailevu, Raymond Singh, Ili Seru and Bulou Seru, the side combined perfectly to beat the high flying Panipasa Matailevu-captained Fort 14 side.

Tournament secretary Jo Sarai said third round of pool games this week would decide the other four teams to qualify for the elimination.
He said the pool winners from eight pools would tussle in the quarter-final.
“The competition is expected to be tough this week as all teams will be targeting to secure a quarter-final spots,” said Sarai.
“Some of the teams such as 1wood and Williams and Gosslings have been outstanding after the two rounds of pool games.
“Other teams such as Fiji Gas and Islands Electric cannot be written off as they will give their best shot this week to reach the play-offs.”
1wood skip Ili Seru said she was confident her side would finish their pool game on a high.
She said the game against Fort 14 motivated the team members to fully utilise their talents and capabilities.
“The last two games give us the opportunity to gauge our strengths and weaknesses,” said Seru.
“We will be using the game this week as a build up to the quarter-final.
“Like all other teams our aim is to win the competition.”
The next round of games will be held at the Lautoka bowling club on Thursday.
