The Suva Netball Association’s major and golden grades continue their playoff rounds this weekend at the National Netball Centre at Laucala Bay as teams now fight for placing on the final table.

“Teams are now competing in their playoffs and will look to finish strongly,” said association secretary Dominiko Tabuarua.

“Competition standard is reaching an all time high as we have seen in the previous rounds.

“Now with teams aware of their final fixtures for the rest of the season, they know who their opponents will be and now well into the season are aware of what to expect.”

In the major grade Rovers and Cawaci meet in the ninth and 10th place playoff with FNU and Tagimoucia King meeting in a playoff for 11th and 12th places.

In the golden grade, the servicewomen of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces take on Heart and Soul for the fifth and sixth playoff.

“Games will only get stronger with the fitness and experience in all teams to be the deciding factor. Once again we know we will have a great round of games,” he said.

Games begin at 9am tomorrow at the National Netball Centre.
