TC Winston memorial: Villagers remember their loved ones

Update: 2:34PM MORE than 100 people today gathered at Nasau Village to mark the memorial service of the 11 lives lost at the height of Severe Tropical Cyclone Winston back in 2016.
Every person present were in tears when families laid the wreath on the memorial stone that carried the names of their loved ones.
“We will remember them,” said Reverend Ilaisa Tule as the choir sang the Winston song – written and composed by renowned songwriter and Nasau villager Simeli Cokanasiga.
