TC Josie: No heavy rain up north

Update: 12:23PM THE North has so far been spared from flooding.
With a skeleton team monitoring the weather situation in the provinces of Cakaudrove, Bua and Macuata, village headmen have been advised to monitor from their own areas.
Provincial Administrator Cakaudrove Kalivati Rabuka said so far all was good with Cakaudrove as rainfall has not been heavy compared to other parts of Fiji.
“There have been no floods but our skeleton team started monitoring from this morning,” he said.
“We have also asked the village headmen of all villages in the province to monitor the situation and keep in contact with our team.”
