Take it to court – Saneem tells feuding factions SODELPA

Take it to court. This is the advice rendered by Registrar of Political Parties Mohammed Saneem to the two feuding factions of the Social Democratic Liberal Party.

He said “for now” Ratu Epenisa Cakobau and Lenaitasi Duru were the officials on record as office holders of the party.

Mr Saneem made the comments as he acknowledged receipt of correspondence from a group who held a meeting in Nausori last week, calling for the removal of both the party leader Ratu Epenisa and the general secretary.
