Opposition Whip Lynda Tabuya appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court this morning, but because the court was not in session, the matter has been adjourned to May 28.

Last week, Ms Tabuya was instructed to temporarily deactivate all her social media accounts as one of her bail conditions.

Ms Tabuya is facing a charge of malicious act which is linked to a social media post on her Facebook account.

She has pleaded not guilty to the charge and is currently on bail.
