FOUR students from the Western University of Sydney were hosted to a morning tea by the Ministry of Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation today.

The four students are currently on a work placement with the Ministry and the permanent secretary Dr Josefa Koroivueta said this was an opportunity for them to share their learnings with the Ministry.

“Also an opportunity for you not only as the placement scheduled within your studying but also to share some of the learning’s that you would have to voice maybe some innovative ways of doing things better,” Dr Koroivueta said.

He adds the students will be part of a week long tour with the Ministry to the Yasawa Islands from next week.
