Suva trims errors

SUVA is working really hard on ironing out their match discipline issues because according to head coach Saiasi Fuli they cannot afford to play with only 13 or 14 men against a team like Namosi.
But according to Fuli they will not be focusing on Namosi but mainly on what they could do as a team in order to get the job done.
“We will work hard this week but will be focusing more on what we can deliver also we cannot afford to play with 13 or 14 men against a team like Namosi,” Fuli said.
He made this statement after the three yellow cards flashed to Suva players’ skipper John Stewart, Isake Katonibau and Samu Bola (who was also shown a red card) during their HFC Bank Farebrother Challenge against Nadroga at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka last week.
Suva wrested the trophy from Nadroga last week 24-23. He said the players learned their lessons and they would be working on these issues together as a team.
“I think our players have served their penalties on Saturday, but so far there has been no hearing, no citing but that is a learning curve for us, the disciplinary issue.”
No confirmation has been made yet regarding the date and the venue where Suva would be defending their HFC Bank Farebrother Challenge against Namosi this week.
