Suva residents take advantage of ROC market

PEOPLE flocked to the Suva ROC Market today to buy goods and delicious food sold at affordable prices at Foster Street.

Among them was Shalin Chand, 29 who said she was amazed by the beautiful handicrafts and home-made food at the market.

She advised people to take advantage of the ROC Market every month if they want to find quality beautiful stylish  jewelleries.

Island Beauty Handicrafts Owner Toka Tane said she had been selling her handmade handicrafts at the ROC Market for more than 10 years.

“I always look forward to come and sell the baskets, fans, jewelleries that I made here at the market,” she said.

“The turnout today was really good and people were coming to buy my handicrafts.”
