STYLE Fiji will focus on the Bollywood theme Glitz and Glamour this year, says one of the organisers Marlene Blake.

Mrs Blake said they were looking at 40 models to participate in the event.

“We try and do something different every year. This year we are focusing on the theme which is Bollywood and we are getting a group of dancers from NZ that goes perfectly with the theme.

“We have overseas male models that will be gracing the Style Fiji stage and they are so excited to be part of this charity event. We are also having a Hair Show by Clint Chambers and Ashley H&M Perfectionist which is the first time for Style Fiji,” she added.

The proceeds of the show, Mrs Blake said, would go towards assisting the St John Association of Fiji with a new ambulance.

“Style Fiji only uses established designers every year to showcase their new collection,” she added.

Mrs Blake said the event, scheduled for Decmeber 1 at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa in Nadi, would also include the launching of swimwear collection from Pacific Island Arts and designers such as Hupfield Hoerder and Jadeine Whiteside
