Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says he has directed Energy Fiji Limited to deliver a plan on the restoration power supply nationwide.
“I’ve instructed EFL to deliver a nationwide power restoration plan by this evening,” he said.
Mr Bainimarama said Severe Tropical Cyclone Harold hit Fiji hard yesterday and Government was yet to get the full damage report of some of the hardest hit areas in the country.
The PM visited evacuation centres and met first responders today following the aftermath of the category 4 cyclone.
He also visited Waidamudamu settlement and areas affected by what residents claim to be a tornado.
