MORE than 300 students of Saint Vincent College in Natovi completed their five-weeks cadet program today with a passing out parade at the Natovi grounds in Tailevu.

While addressing the parade, chief guest and Agriculture Minister Inia Seruiratu reminded the students to rededicate themselves to the principle of discipline.

“After today, your instructors will return to base. They have left with you seeds that need to be nurtured in order to germinate, to grow and bear fruits. That is the challenge before you. And will require discipline,” Mr Seruiratu said.
