NATADOLA’S InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa-sponsored a $1600 two-night stay for the Hilton Organisation during an auction earlier this week.
The sponsorship was a way for the resort to support Hilton’s Art Exhibition.
Resort area general manager Erik Stuebe said they were honoured to support the organisation’s new audiology and speech unit project.
“This will benefit many young children in Fiji,” he said.
“Supporting initiatives and projects such as this is very close to our hearts. Fiji is very fortunate to have an organisation dedicated to helping people with disabilities and changing their lives for the better.”
Hilton Organisation was established in the 1960s, developed to provide education and related services to children with disabilities in Fiji.
The organisation operates through the Hilton Special School, the Hilton Early Intervention Centre and the Hilton House Hostel.
