Somalia, Eritrea to establish diplomatic ties, open embassies

NAIROBI (Reuters) – Eritrea and Somalia plan to establish diplomatic relations, their presidents said on Monday, the latest sign of thawing relations across the Horn of Africa following Eritrea’s rapprochement with Ethiopia.
