Social Democratic Liberal Party youth president Ben Daveta told the Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court in Suva that SODELPA MP Salote Radrodro was not the party’s constituent for the Bua province.

He said this when the trial of Mrs Radrodro by the Fiji independent Commission Against Corruption continued before High Court judge Justice Dr Thushara Kumerage.

Mr Daveta, who was a constituency officer for the party at the time, said he coordinated the movements and claims of the MPs with the parliamentary secretariat.

He said Mrs Radrodro had support from the Bua province but stood as a constituent in Nasinu in the 2018 General Elections because she lived at Tacirua Heights at the time.

He also said the Bua province constituent was Mitieli Bulanauca.
