Skipper Cup: Tough battle expected in final round

A TOUGH battle is expected in the last round of the Skipper Cup competition this weekend.

While the four semi-finalists have been confirmed, a battle to secure home semi-finals in be in store this weekend.

Fiji Rugby Union CEO John O Connor said the battle will be on both sides of the table this weekend.

The competition has been quite intense this year.

Suva has been the consistent team and they go up against Nadi this weekend. Nadi after losing to Namosi last weekend will be looking to bounce back,” he said.

‘The battle will also be on in the relegation zone.

Three teams are still in the danger zone and anything can happen in the last round.

The last round of matches will be played this Saturday.
