Skipper Cup: Suva edges Naitasiri 42-38, remain undefeated

QAQA Suva survived a late comeback from Naitasiri to win  42-38 and remain undefeated during their Skipper Cup match at Suva Grammar School grounds this afternoon.

Suva coach Solo Nute commended his team for a gallant effort.

“With plenty young players putting up their hand, I thank the boys for their victory and showing they have what it takes to wear that Suva jersey,” he said.

Suva lead at half-time by 23-21.

Meanwhile, Nadroga came from behind to  beat Namosi by 27-21 at Thomson Park in Navua.
