Six hotels and resorts listed as part of Fiji’s managed quarantine facilities for travellers after borders reopened yesterday have included COVID-19 tests as part of packages on offer.
The properties certified as Care Fiji Commitment (CFC) facilities include the Nasau Resort and Villas, Tanoa International Hotel, Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa, Nalagi Hotel, InterContinental Fiji Golf and Resort and Sofitel Resort and Spa.
The lowest price on offer for a three-day quarantine package for a single person is $906 is Nasau Resort and Villas — the package includes two COVID-19 tests and three meals.
InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa is offering a three-night quarantine package for a single person for $1651 — the package includes two COVID-19 tests and three meals.
As of yesterday Fiji began accepting fully vaccinated permit holders, Fijian passport holders and returning residents who were all required to undertake a three-day quarantine at a Fiji Managed Quarantine facility.
While in quarantine, they would need to adhere to national public health measures implemented by the Fijian Government which included wearing of face masks and social distancing.
