HISTORY beckons as the Fiji Airways Drua side prepares for the final onslaught in this year’s National Rugby Championship final against the Queensland Country.

Head coach Senirusi Seruvakula challenged his troops to throw their bodies on the line and create history for the nation.

He said the grand final would be a different ball game.

“It is now or never as this is our second year in the competition,” said Seruvakula.

“We have to put our bodies on the line and give our best.”

He said there would be no major changes in the line-up and players needed to have faith in each other.

“We just need to believe in ourselves and prepare well and everything will take of itself on Saturday.

“We have to be smart in the way we prepare and have the confidence because this will be out last game.

“There will be no other game after Saturday, so we need to be smart.”

Playmakers Alivereti Veitokani and Frank Lomani were in top shape at yesterday’s training run and are expected to play a huge role on Saturday.

The game will be held at Lautoka’s Churchill Park, 4pm.
