FIJI Airways Drua side will see Serupepeli Vularika, Enele Matele as well as the return to Fijian rugby for Johnny Dyer and Poasa Waqanibau’s debut for the Fijian side against the Melbourne Rising at Ratu Cakobau Park this Saturday.

Fiji Airways Drua Head Coach Senirusi Seruvakula has named eleven capped Flying Fijians, a young, powerful front row and plenty of depth on the bench in his team to contest round one of the National Rugby Championship (NRC).

“We know the Rising will bring a powerful side, and we want to make sure when we get to the last 20 minutes we can apply strong pressure off the bench” he said.

“We wont be concentrating too much on the individuals, rather I need the boys to just focus on our game plan and working hard to build that confidence in ourselves”.

Tickets are on sale now for $10 from Nausori Town Council and the FRU with children under 12 free.
