ELENI Volavola is thankful that the strong winds of TC Harold have calmed down.
However the 82-year-old sends her fervent prayers to families who have been severely affected and lost their homes during the entire ordeal.
Today she has decided to pick all the Bele leaves from her front yard which were ravaged by the strong winds felt yesterday to make a dish for her family.
“I have new found hope, the skies have cleared up and although life isn’t the same as before we must continue to thank the one who has provides life to us,” she said.
