NINE awards were presented this year at the Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council (ATHOC) Awards with the best sales team award going to Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific’s Fiji sales team.

A statement from the Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific said the Fiji Sales team won the Sales Team of the Year award thanks to its commitment to providing excellent service and using innovative ideas designed to showcase Fijian culture and hospitality.

“This is one of the highest accolades that vacation ownership sales representatives can attain to in the South Pacific and I am so proud that our entire sales team in Fiji are able to share the honour together,” said Kieran McKenna, senior vice-president of Sales, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific.

“This team is a standout sales performer for our business.

“This award emphasises each team member’s desire to achieve excellence for Wyndham and, most importantly, their drive to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction, which is instilled in our company culture.”

The statement said the team was part of the sales department at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, which developed, marketed and sold vacation ownership interests across a network of 32 resorts in the Asia Pacific region, serving more than 57,000 owners in the WorldMark South Pacific Club.

The Fiji Sales team is based at Wyndham Resort Denarau Island, one of the largest and most popular resorts in the Club portfolio.

It boasts 201 stylishly appointed apartments, a large swimming pool and an adults-only pool, day spa, gym and restaurants and bars.
