Saint Thomas inter-house: Defending champs face tough competition

DEFENDING champion Monfort House faces tough competition at today’s Saint Thomas High School held at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.

All events were evenly competed with Channel, Thomas and Xavier houses also working hard to dethrone the champions.

Meet manager Avinesh Ajendra Chand the competition was tough as all houses wanted to win.

He said the rivalry from the houses signalled a better outings for the school at this year year’s Lautoka Zone meet.

Saint Thomas finished second behind Natabua and Jasper in last year’s zone meet for the boys and girls division respectively.
