Fiji 7s Olympic Games gold medallist Iosefo Masi and national squad member Taniela Sadrugu have caught the eyes of Fiji Bati coach, Jo Rabele.

Rabele hopes to rope in the two Cowboy players to be part of his extended squad to the Rugby League World Cup next year.

“Hopefully we will continue with the squad that we had announced and we have also looking at including two players Taniela Sadrugu and Iosefo Masi. They are the only two new inclusion in our World Cup squad,” he said.

“There will be a June Test next year, hopefully, we can get all our players in time for that Test, especially players such as Ilaitia Moceidreke to be included in this Test.”
