Ross breaks two records at swimming championship

TWO records were broken by Fiji rep Netani Ross of Swami Vivekananda College in the 17-19 100m freestyle and the 17-19 50m butterfly events at the Fiji National Schools Swimming Championship in Suva.

In the 17-19 100m freestyle, Ross swam a time of 52.56seconds breaking the old record of 56.04 seconds set by Eugene Kado in 2016.

In the 17-19 50m butterfly, Ross stopped the clock at 25.99 seconds breaking the old time of 26.90 seconds set by Viliame Takayawa in 2016.
