Rob posts explicit picture of Blac

BLAC Chyna’s lawyer has revealed he is “exploring all legal remedies” against Rob Kardashian for posting explicit photos of his ex-fiancee on social media.

“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” lawyer Walter Mosley told People magazine.

Mr Mosley later told The New York Post: “We are taking this assault against Chyna very seriously and still exploring all available legal remedies to her at this time.”

Rob, 30, posted “revenge porn” of his baby mama on Instagram and Twitter onThursday, accusing her of infidelity, promiscuity and drug use.

The Kardashians have copped abuse online for remaining silent on the scandal, as Chyna’s alleged “sidepiece” weighed in.

Top-tier lawyers say Rob’s social media meltdown violated California’s 2013 revenge porn laws, where it is considered a misdemeanour punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine.

Under the law, revenge porn refers to the intentional distribution of a private picture of an “intimate body part of another identifiable person, or an image of that person engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or masturbation” to cause emotional distress.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has not yet not opened an investigation into Rob’s overshare.
