TWO roads in the Northern Division remain closed because of flooding in the Daria and Kubulau area on Vanua Levu.
The Fiji Roads Authority said the closed roads include the Daria Bridge on Nabouwalu Road in Natua, and the Kilaka Bridge on the Kubulau peninsular in Savusavu.
The authority has advised motorists to keep a safe following distance, avoid speeding and also to avoid stretches covered by water.
“The FRA is closely monitoring the situation of the roads in all divisions and any queries could be forwarded to our toll free number 5720 or through an email to info@fijiroads.org,” the statement said.
