REAL Estate Agents are not supposed to provide valuation on properties for their clients.

This was highlighted by monitoring and compliance officer of Real Estate Agents Licensing Board Vinal Singh who said real estate agencies are supposed to arrange for valuation and not provide it.

“Real Estate Agents are not valuation companies, they are to arrange valuation of property and not provide it,” Mr Singh said.
