Local boxer Gabriel Ravalawa says his upcoming bout against Mohammed Ali, son of the man they call “The Razor” Junior Farzan Ali, will be more than just a normal bout.
Ravalawa will be facing Mohammed Ali in the Super Lightweight contest at the 2023 FMF Boxing Series under Tuwai Boxing Promotion on June 10.
“I have fought and defeated his father, Farzan Ali, last year so I know he will be out looking for revenge. I know he will be coming out strong, trying to avenge his father’s defeat, but I am ready to show him what I’m made off,” Ravalawa said.
The 2023 FMF Boxing Series will feature a total of seven bouts, with the main bout featuring Jese Tavudi and Winston Hill.
“This will be a very exciting competition, but I am telling the fans to watch out for our fight because it will be more than just a normal fight.”
He said fans and supporters had a lot to expect when they witnessed the bout against Ali.
“If he thinks it will be a walk in the park when we step into the ring, then he is mistaken.
“I can assure the fans that they have a lot to expect when they come to watch.”
Ravalawa said he had been preparing well for the fight over the past few weeks and is looking forward to sharing the ring with Ali.
“However, I don’t want to say a lot of things about the fight, I will do all the talking in the ring.”
